Bharti Airtel (Broadband) — Connectivity complaint not resolved even after 4 days

I have paid for Airtel Broadband connection for 3 months Rs3609, and after 10 days of connection the internet is not working since last 4 days.
I had raised a complaint with Customer care and escalated it but everytime get some excuse that the backend team is working on the issue and it would be resolved in 24hrs. but the 24hr gets extended every day.
I need the connection for working from home and am denied the service for which I have paid in advance.While taking connection I was promised that any connectivity issues would be resolved in 24hrs after the complaint is raised but in my case all the limits are crossed, till now nobody has even called me to update on the status of my complaint.
I would like to get a refund of my amount if I do not get the connection back today
