Bharti Airtel (Broadband) — New plan not activated after 5 days of recharge

My airtel xstream fiber 499 rs (588 including gst) plan expired on 25th july and on the same day I did a recharge for plan change of amount 999rs (1179 including gst).
But still after 5 days I haven't got any benefits of the new plan which includes increased speed and access to some ott platforms.
I talked to the the customer service team several times over these past few days all they say is that my order is in pending state at there end and the backend team will call within 4 hours and resolve the issue.
I am attaching photos of successful recharge and the plan which I am being currently offered.
