Bharti Airtel (Broadband) — Shifting of fiber services within city

Placed shifting request on 1 July and was assured shifting of my fiber services completed mart new place by 11 am next morning. No followup till 10.45 am. When I called customer services no request was there. New request with no.[protected] and complaint (no.[protected] was logged in. 4 hours later a gentleman from escalation team called me and told he has done the needful and services would resume at new place within 24 hours. No calls after that.

I have called Customer services several times a day since then and no representative has an idea what’s going on. Everyone apologises for delay and asks me to wait. Few arranged or promised callbacks within 2-4 hours but no one did that.

I finally got a text on 6th July that my connection would be set back in 24 hours and an engineer would call me during this time. Again nothing. Now today I have got a message that they apologise for the delay in installation of new Airtel Stream Fiber connection, due to current circumstances. It is our priority to get you onboard with our services and our team is working on it. They will keep me informed on this.

Is this a joke? Not able to shift a connection from one house to a different house in the same society within 7 days . I must say it is shameful for a company which is working towards O COMPLAINTS goal.

I NEED COMPENSATION for all the FRUSTRATION, TIME WASTAGE in calling customer services again and again, TALKING TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND EXPLAINING MY SELF EVERY TIME. I had to take off from work because phone hotspot was too slow for me to work on my office laptop. Had to payback by working on my week off. Running back to original location for wifi connection at my daughter’s exam time.

Is there any more reason required for me to be impatient and file this complaint? I have no intentions to pay for this shifting now whether its 100 INR or 1000 INR. Do it for free for me. You guys owe me for number of days I could not use your services. Refund or payback my money and cancel your services to me. I can’t trust you for any future help and have no interest to use your services further.
