Bharti Airtel (Broadband) — Unhealthy modem no landline and unfair data speed

I have the honor to request that I have taken Airtel Fibre on within package of 3 month. This pakage include 100mbps speed data with landline facility and a reliable guaranteed modem.

I have been provided modem which is not unlisted in secure list, not able to handle data processing results repeated disconnection and to be raises multiple queries, which is being unattended practically but resolve on their paper themself.

In the name of pandemic they confirm their excuse but regularly visited nearby my residence for new installation.

In view of above, It is cheated to me, my time, created mental agony and I wants to surrender services which was promised by Airtel but not implemented.

I have requested to the honerable court/Forum to intervene the matter for suitable action.
