Hi officer,

Yet again airtel has cheated us with wrong promise - for credit adjustment of rs-500/.

Today i have received call from cc team from airtel.

Regarding credit adjustment - he has told that credit adjustment can not been done.

Being an no.1 telecom company in india, cheating customers with wrong promises

I have written proof for your promise & recording for not make it. If credit adjustment is not done.
