Bharti Airtel — Deduction of balance since last two months | |||
I have recharged my account with local and std minutes but then also when i use to call [protected] airtel no. Gurgaon haryana, company use to deduct balance from main account instead of minutes balance. Also i have complaint for this issue 3 times in the month of october 2015 to customer care but no action has been taken against the same.only they give is fake promises to wait till 72 hours and then no miracle happens..airtel has deducted 100s of rupees from my account .this is totally cheating. I request the concerned person to kindly look into the matter. I shall be grateful for an favourable response. Was this information helpful? | |||
