Bharti Airtel — deficiency in service | |||
Sir, I just port my number to Airtel. I had 3 GB -3G data plan and i am paying good rental for the same. From last 10-15 days i am not being able to use proper speed of net and i already complaint so many time on customer care, Nodal officer, Appellate authority for the same. Number of calls were exchanged but so far nothing has happen from their side. No body in Airtel is helping to sort my concern. This is totally deficiency in service provider. I am going to file consumer forum for the same as my job, daily work is totally disturbed because of this. Was this information helpful? | |||
