[Resolved] Bharti Airtel — delay in terminating the subscription | |||
i have requested for disconnection of my 4G airtel number [protected] on 17th feb. however even after a week my 4G number is still active and AIRTEL is not terminating my connection. i have sent many follow up mail to them to process the disconnect request but all in vain. a little google search shows that it's a common practice by AirTel to continue the subscription for 1-2 month to cheat them for more money and many a times they will come up after 1-2 year with a bill of 10-15k and will threaten to file a lawsuit. i do not wants to happen any of these things with me. Since my bill will be generated on 25th feb please make sure that this will be my last bill and i do not have to pay any other bill apart from this. Nov 26, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved they did not terminate it gracefully after multiple calls and mails they have stopped calling me however i feared they might again comeback after 3-4 year with some huge bill and i will have all the emails to counter any of false claim in future. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
