Bharti Airtel — Failure to disconnect connection and bill generated | |||
Dear Sir, I have disconnected my broadband account with airtel on September 21st 2013. Airtel failed to disconnect the landline and generated bill for oct and nov 2013. The customer care said they will disconnect only if i paid the bill and refund the amount. I have paid the amount and requested for disconnection in nov 2013. Now agian i recieved an email mentioning i have to pay the due amount from dec 2013 to feb 2014. Airtel has not disconnected the connection and did not refund my money. I have complained regarding the smae in airtel website but havenot recieved any response.
