Bharti Airtel — False Bill Generated
Hello Airtel, I am Bharat, I have purchased a Prepaid number from Gurgaon. during the month of august, but at the end of august i gave my number for changing into postpaid.I have took a Postpaid plan Connection of your Airtel 299 Plan.used it for 1 Month but later i was not satisfied with the Postpaid plan, that's why again during first week of September went to *Varun Connectivity airtel center Located in sector 31 Gurgaon. for changing my postpaid account to prepaid, i submitted my pending bill and all other data/voice calls outstanding bill that day it self. and they again migrated my number in prepaid plan. but on oct 8 i received a message from Airtel (DZ-AIRPMT) that says:- "" Dear Customer, you have received an alert regarding your Airtel account No. [protected] ., having an outstanding of Rs. 1225.81. Request you to make the payment at the earliest. For any assistance call [protected] from Monday to Saturday between 8 am to 8 pm. To make payment visit at www.visa billpay .in "" Now on the given number i called and checked they told me the same thing that i have to pay the amount, i declined them about the information because i have already paid my whole postpaid bill and successfully transferred again to prepaid plan. but they told me that i have used the sim, and airtel takes money for migrating too, that is migrating charges. but at the time of porting again to prepaid they ( varun connectivity airtel ) never told me about the charge of migrating. Please i kindly request you to solve this matter as soon as possible, i hope you solve this matter, i am very much annoyed from your service now. Was this information helpful?
