Bharti Airtel — Fraud | |||
I have subscribed to the Corporate Plan of Airtel, where-in I have been promised 135 MB of 3G Internet, where-in, I have been observing that I have been provided only 120 MB of 3G Internet without any prior intimation. I have raised a number of concern with Airtel from past couple of months, but it has been not resolved. After my complain they provided 135 MB of 3G Internet, but again changed it to 120 MB of 3G Internet. I strongly feel that there is big fraud for which customers are made scapegoat. This issue i have raised with Company Appellate Authority of Airtel, but in vain. Mr. Siddhant rathore, Ms. Ramyakumari has made false promises for reactivation from 120 MB to 135 MB of 3G Internet Access. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? | |||
