[Resolved] Bharti Airtel — Fraud Postpaid bill generated | |||||
I am a customer of Airtel from last 3yrs. I never checked my postpaid bill & just paid it blindly but now from last 6-7 month they give me bill more than my usages. from last two months i started checking my bill & found that they are giving me a lumpsum bill with calculation mistakes & mentioning usages which i never used. Its very disappointing to see mistakes in calculation & as it is system generated bill i am sure that same mistakes they have been made with other customers also, but unfortunately no one check the bill as all customers blindly trust on their service provider. I called customer care many times & told them about this, they also agreed & apologize but not ready to give me corrected bill. So now i cant pay my bill & now they stops my outgoing services. Its very pathetic for any customer to see such kind of bussiness strategy from their service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Today got a call from Airtel they said your request rejected and I have to make another request again.
what the hell you people are doing. Why not returning the money.
Firstly you are not able to provide the Broadband connection.
Now not refunding my money back.
Reassigning another date and date.
Guys please do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband connection better switch to another service provide and pay only when it gets installed.
