Dear sir/mam, Myself pradeep kumar and my fixedline no is [protected] the issue is that recently airtel retention team has given me a new plan of 999 with 8 gb data 25 gb addition from ur retention team but today is the 5th day of my plan but my additional data is not updated in my account. I had complaint many times in your customer care but airtel executive said every time u wait only 24 hours but they not taking any action abt today is the 5 th day of my new plan i really fed up your airtel services please tell me the truth what can i do in this case.
