Bharti Airtel — Issue not resolved even after raising 4 SR | |||
Please find the status of these Service Requests: SR 61438708 and 62934772 as closed and it reads "No Network Issue". I want to know who is the right person to get the information about how the customer care has updated "No Network Issue" and closed the SR without resolving it. SR 63066649 is still open and have no idea how many more SR will be opened to resolve one problem. Many mails from my ID was sent to 'nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com' and 'appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com' but still the network issue was not resolved. The connections is barred and still the data usage is reflected and bills are getting generated. I have invested 3000 Rs for purchasing the Airtel wifi 4G device and got 1 signal with the speed is even poor than 2G. As per the last communication mail sent from Airtel where they are not able to contact me for fixing the issue but their payment recovery team has no problem in contacting me. ----This is in reference to your e-mail dated 08th August 2015. We tried reaching you on [protected] on 09th August 2015; however we were unable to establish any contact with you. Kindly write back to us with an alternate number. Further, a written confirmation is required from your end to activate the airtel number [protected], in order to process your request. Today is 17th August. 2015. I am still waiting. I have communicated with following airtel executive but each time the contact person is changed: Mohammad Qasim, Alfred Habil, Sunita Lekhwar, Mr Amit and others (in the different mail chain sent to Airtel).
