Bharti Airtel Limited — Data Recharge Problem | |||
This is regarding my airtel mobile prepaid no ([protected]) Today i.e.12/08/2015, I have done online data recharge of Rs.96 (1GB 2G Data for 30 days validity). The recharge was unsuccessful twice due to technical problem, but the amount was deducted both time from my Bank A/c. Further I did the recharge of Rs.189 (350 MB 3G data for 28 days), but i received 2G data of 1Gb valid till only 18th August 2015. I donot understand when i have opted for 28 days validity datapack, why the recharge is done only for 1 week. The datapack choosen from the online offers of Website amount benefit validity rs. 189 350 MB 3G, 28 days +50 TT 28 days recharge Further i have logged a complaint with Airtel, but still response is received.
