[Resolved] Bharti Airtel Limited — Deducting excess money from fastag | |||
My mbile no.-[protected] I bought Fastag from Airtel in nov2020. When I travel through car every time i paid 30-40% excess due to not working of Fastag at Toll Barrier. At toll Tax Barrier, toll team open gate manually by feeding car number. Due to manual feeding of car number, they deduct excess money from Airtel Wallet (for ref. Pic. Attached). I have raised complaint against this through mails (for ref.attachment ) or telephonic discussion with customer care executive but action has taken by airtel team and not taking my issue seriously. Due to faulty Fastag i bear loss of around[protected] rupees, time and petrol loss also. Was this information helpful? | |||
Sep 16, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved No action has been by company to resolve my problem from last 1.5 yrs . Every time they said, from our side there is no issue in your Fastag . I sent mail to Airtel on [email protected], yet no replied i received from Airtel after 10 sep 2022. Still i m suffering. I provide everything that they are demanding from my side, but still, they are not taking my complaint seriously. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
