Bharti Airtel Limited — Excess billing by airtel while changing to other service provider using mnp | |||
I am Postpaid user of AIRTEL for more than 10 years. My bill never crossed Rs.400/- for the last 10 years. Recent past I changed from AIRTEL to another network service provider using MNP. I have a security deposit of Rs.500/- with AIRTEL. I thought AIRTEL will refund the amount. Once I changed, I got the bill from AIRTEL that I have to pay an amount of Rs.124.36 after adjusting the security deposit. After making a complaint with AIRTEL and several reminders, I got a mail that Rs.124.36/- amount is credited in your account on 05th Oct 2015. When I checked my account, no amount got credited. I informed the same to AIRTEL. AIRTEL responded that no amount is due to you. So no refund is applicable. Was this information helpful? | |||
