Bharti Airtel Limited — In spite of failing to provide 4g network, company pressuring to pay monthly bill | |||||
Airtel Mobile number [protected] Dear Sir, On 20.01.2015, I had applied for a Airtel post paid 4G connection (Plan Rs. 1299) & the same was activated on 21.01.2015. It was a 6 months advance rental pack & for that I have paid Rs.8757.00. But unfortunately no 4G network is available around my residence/locality. After so many emails, company sent one technical person on 31.01.2015 at my residence & found that there is no 4G network around my residence. He then told that the company will provide 3G service insted of 4G network with same tariff plan. But then also I had experienced a very poor network. I had intimated that matter several times to the company but company didn't take any action to solve this issue. Finally after expiring of 6 months, I had stopped payment of the monthly invoice & had intimated in several mails that until the company provide me 4G service, I shall not pay anything to them. Still now company didn't take any action to improve their service but continuously sending invoice month after month. Inspite of failing 4G network, how company charging for that service. I also told to Airtel, that if you can prove that in my residential area, 4G network is available, I shall clear all the dues to the company. Till date Airtel didn't take any positive action to resolve this issue. I I, therefore, request you to please look in to this matter & provide me proper justice. There are Cheaters, I have also filed a similar issue. they are not even refunding the dongle money or cancelling the bill. For no joy they want me to pay 1K and I alreday paid close to 2.5K for Dongle.
Do not spare them they are cheaters.
