Greetings from m/s radha smelters limited. This is to bring to your notice that we m/s radha smelters limited using airtel Mobile services at our office banjara hills, sagar society road no 2, plot no 75 with around 40 - 50 users, we are facing weak signal in our premises for which we are facing lot of problem while interacting with the customers. Since february 2016 we facing problem, inspite of 9 remainders ref. no.31186540 this problem has not solved till date below details enclosed for your reference. They are unable to improve the signals in the near by airtel tower, by this we are losing lots of business calls which effects the company image in the market. kindly suggest us in this regard and take strict action against airtel service provider.
