Call divert not working for my chennai airtel mobile. I tried to call customer care, they are not taking complaint regarding this. Your customer care is unskilled enough to handle customer complaints.
WHen I register call divert on mobile using **21* mobile no#, it is successful, but when I call my airtel, IVRS says "Number you are trying to call does not exist".But when I deactivate my call divert service, I start receiving calls on my airtel number.
