Dear Sir, Good day, I had taken a Pre paid connection, Sin no ([protected]) in the year 2005 . On that time the sim was in a special plan . Plan details : Airtel to Airtel - 75 min free every day Sms : 100 loacl Sms Free . Rest all charges are normal, I had raised several complaints to Airtel cvustomer care, but there was no responce from them . It had been all most 2 yr . Today Moring i had recived a call from the airtel, They had guided me to use boster card hope they are not aware of the process .

The comlaint had not yer resloved .
