[Resolved] Bharti Airtel Ltd. — Complaint regarding the wrong bill. | |||
To, The Manager Bharti Airtel Ltd. Subject: Complaint regarding the wrong bill. My self Pradeep Kumar. I have a airtel broadband connection since 5 to 6 years and my airtel broadband no. is[protected]. Despite of 6 months follow-up and 100's of calls they had done nothing that time. I have all the reference nos. which I have done with airtel regarding the wrong bill. From the month of July 2013 they added the 199/- rs. extra on my bill every month without any information or confirmation. I have been registered so many complaints regarding this issue till today but there is no disciplinary action has been taken regarding this issue. Every month they adjust the 199/- rs in my bill but they did not remove this amount from my bill permanently, they did not tell me the cause of this issue. I have requested them to disconnect my connection but they ignoring my request continuously. You are requested to look into this matter. I have been harassed lot by the airtel customer care.
