Bharti Airtel Ltd. — getting unnecessarily calls & whatsapp message to my mother number from [protected]

As my mother is staying in patna and using premium number, every now & then my mom use to get the miss call or calls from ([protected]) this number and disturbing her, also giving thretening to my mom.
From [protected], this number she started getting what's app as well where this guy is asking continuously for my mom premium number and harrasing her.
This is my sincere request to you, please take necessary action against this number ([protected]) or individual.

This number belongs to bharti airtel mumbai...

I have entered a wrong mobile number and need to get it to my correct number. I have recharged in the airtel online recharge official websie. Please help me.

Airtel must provide hellotunes free for their custumer as like jio. Thts good airtel made very good prepaid plans but airtel should provide hello tunes free. Hope it will be done.

I recharged my bsnl account using my Airtel wallet money. It deduced the amount but I didn't get any recharge on my bsnl sim. My money has been eaten up my Airtel.
