[Resolved] Bharti Airtel Ltd — No Response from executives after applying and depositing security money for Broad Band Connection

I have submitted a request for Airtel Broad Band Connection on Airtel website. After that an airtel executive visited the site for feasibility and collected required documents, security money etc.
After passing three working days, no connection provided by Airtel and Airtel executive not attending Phone. This is not acceptable from a company like Bharti Airtel, which says that we are best in all advertisement.
