[Resolved] Bharti Airtel Ltd — wrong bill and false waiver commitment | |
Dear sir/madam
I am old subscriber of airtel my number is [protected], i have postpaid number and i got wrong bill from airtel so i requested to airtel
for waiver from my bill amount which is accepted by airtel and i received that
confirmation mail and after that i made payment of my bill but still my number
is not in service.
I attached that mail which is i received by airtel.

This is with reference to bill payment for Airtel mobile number [protected] would like to confirm that there is an outstanding of Rs.3463/- which is overdue.
It has always been our endeavor to provide you with best services and one area where we earnestly seek your support is the timely receipt of payments for your monthly invoices on or before due date .
We would like to inform you that against your outstanding of Rs.3463/- an adjustment of Rs.800/- has been approved as for rental wavier therefore we request you to make a payment of Rs.2663/- only for your outstanding as given above.
This adjustment has been approved for 22-Nov-2014 only therefore we request you to make the payment on or before this date in order to honor the commitment given.
