[Resolved]  Bharti Airtel — Misguidance and over charging for internet usage

This is with respect to my number: [protected] [Bill Plan rental :- Rs. 175/-(Pro rate) GPRS : Rs.100/- (Prorate)]. For the month of Aug, my 100 rs net plan was about to get over, so for the same i contacted airtel so that i can get another net pack. The customer executive guided me to upgrade to Rs. 250 plan in which i will get 1 GB 3G data. Moreover, he also told me that I will be charged only Rs. 250 for internet usage for the month of Aug in total as i have taken an upgraded version. but, i was shocked to see my bill for the month of August 2015. The company has charged me the following inspite of informing me that i will be charged just Rs. 250 for the internet for the august month: 300 Mb 3G Plan : Rs.100/- (Prorate) 1GB 3G Plan : Rs.300/-(Flat) Other internet charges: Rs.54.71(inspite of havng two internet plans) for the same issue, i had a word with airtel on 27th aug, and they had raised the complaint on behalf of me and also promised me a resolve on or before 29th aug. But, none of the executive called me till 29th, therefore i called them up, and asked for the matter. so they gave a very unprofessional reply that the team might have forgot to resolve the issue and hence they raised my complaint again and yet again they asked me to wait for 24 hrs. In the mean time i wrote a mail at: [protected]@in.airtel.com asking to resolve the matter, but no proper resolution was made. They said that they cant make any changes in the bill and that the bill is final from their side. Also, in the same mail, i also mentioned about them about getting upgraded to Rs. 175 internet plan for Sep month in which i will get 500 Mb monthly as per my discussion with the their customer exec. He told me that I will be charged Rs. 175 in total and will be given 500 Mb 3G per month. But yet again, i was fooled by them as now they are saying that they will charge Rs 175 over my basic net plan of RS 100. I have attached the screenshot of the response that i got from airtel on my mail. I must say that airtel, has really degraded itself in terms of customer servicing. i have tried to contact the customer executives again and again but none had the ans to my simple ques: Why are you charging me for your faults? Its the fault of airtel executives that they didnt informe me properly or informed wrongly about the amount they will be charging. And now, none of them is ready to reimburse me the same. I want airtel to charge only Rs. 250 as internet charges for month of Aug and RS. 175 for the month of Sep. Because thats what i was informed. Also, a fresh bill should be generated for the month of Aug.
