Bharti Airtel — Mobile bill for the month of september | |||
My Post paid mobile subscription was under Myplan599 in which I get 2Gb internet data download free. In August I asked for 10Gbextra data.The August bill which came on 3rd September -Rs4337/- After complaining and several hours of talk with staff and authorities at various levels they 'waived' the overcharged amount.(Rs.1950/-)Bill came to Rs.2347/-.While I was about to pay that The September bill came on 3rd October for both months it's now Rs.5760/- . My data consumption for September was only 583 Mb. Even after several complaints they had retained high Data download plans against my number and are justifying the bill based on what their Sytem shows.I requested to make the bill commensurate wth consumption or credit Data in my account for future consumption if I am compelled to pay Rs.5760/- in order to resume service.
