[Resolved]  Bharti Airtel — Network

Dear Sir / Madam, From last 6 to 8 months i am making a complain about the network but the problem is not solved. I have sent them mail more the eight to nine times but yet the solution is not given it to me and now after so many complains and thing they have started dropping my network. The person from there company calls and ask me for Airtel Dongol which I don't use, nor I have. Then 2nd and 3rd time person is calling and mixing my office address and home address. Here are my earlier complaining numbers regarding network issue yet the solution has not been given to me. Dear Saurav,

I have not received any mail nor information about it.

And now a days I m facing lot of problem regarding to network in all the areas.

If you guys are send me messages that the problem is been resolved and your concern team has visited and now there is no network issues request you to send that person name and contact number, because none of your person has visited at my place, if they are visiting then they should call me so that I can be present at that time and get the solution.

Request you to stop lying about the person visiting to my place and now there is no network problem.

And i have given my address more than 3 times and every time your person calls and shares my office and residence address together.

I can't undersdant what is the issue.

I know that you people cannot solve the issue of network, just for the sake you tell us that the network problem will be resolved, but the truth is you people cannot solve.

Making a complaint from last 8 months your people have not solved and issues on network.

We ever I call your people given me one answer that your problem will be resolved in 7 days just wanted to understand, according to you what does 7 days mean and which one.

Earlier little bit of network use to be there at my house but after complaining your people has start troubling me in network issue, now there is no network at all.
