Me. Ealias ps Puthengady house Mulanthuruthy post Ernakulam dt Pin 682314 Land mark puthengady cross Mob.[protected] Alternate mob [protected] Respected sir i as a customer of airtel mobile. I am facing weak indoor and outdoor coverage in my home location. My airtel app shows excellent 2g4g coverage in this landmark. But i am not getting even a 2g also. Unable to make or receive calls and unable to use data services and also unable to know my account balance also due to non availability of 2g 4g signals. I am cruely cheated by airtel kerala. I had registered so many complaints regarding the same. But no airtel network team visited this location till this time. And take no responsibility for solving the issue sir.
