Bharti Airtel — Non Activation of Sim Card even after submitting all documents | |||
Airtel has one of the worst customer care services. Its pathetic. especially the executives at the Airtel gallery in Kalyan West. They ridicule and abuse the customers. Its disgusting that Airtel being such a big corporate has such poor customer service. I was a postpaid customer but I switched to prepaid for one of my mobile number. The procedure was time consuming and despite providing all the documents and clearing all the dues, it took more than 6 days to activate my prepaid no. Worst still, the executive named Kirti Jadhav charged Rs.50/- from all customers for new cards instead of the standard Rs.25/-. And now afer all this mess, I tried to recharge my no. online but I am unable to do so.The customer care executive failed to provide any solution. Its irritating that Bharti Airtel is looting the customers and taking advantage of their ignorance. Was this information helpful? | |||
