Bharti Airtel — Not getting refund | |||||
In month of july 2015 i have applied for an landline connection and deposited a amount of Rs.1000/-, on 28th july i got a mail from airtel that due to some technical reasons airtel cannot give me the fixed landline connection and the deposited amount will be refunded through cheque within 20 working days. from 28th july to till date i have not received my refund and on calling their 121 customer care they just generate a new complaint number. regards vikram yadav [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
