Bharti Airtel — Plans Charged without Consent. | |||
Hi I am using a postpaid airtel number [protected]. I am using a myPlan of Rs 599. My bill has never ranged more than Rs 2000. However this month i have received a bill for Rs 15, 500. The extra charges levied include Rs 999 for international roaming along with Rs 12, 000 for international data usage. I called up airtel customer service where i was informed that i have activated zero rental service on 25th June on my number and pack of Rs 999 was charged on my account. However, i have never activated any such pack either in current month or on month of june. Note that these two heads have 13, 000 to my current bill for services that i have never requested. The airtel customer service center gave me a request no. 65177671 and i was told that i will be contacted by someone to resolve the dispute. Also, i requested Airtel to provide me proofs that i have requested such services. However, i didn't receive any call / communication and received a message that my complaint has been resolved. Also, no proof was provided by Airtel to prove that i have requested these services. This clearly reflects intention of breach of trust on Airtel's part. Please resolve this issue asap.
