Bharti Airtel — poor network and false description of network | |||
Hello sir/madam, This is nitin shelke, a customer of airtel from more than 3 years of both mobile and dth service. From 5th of october 2019 i am complaining about the unavailability of network to customer care executive and to nodal officer. No action has been taken from service provider till the date neither they have tried to resolve the issue. When i customer care executive they only apologize gives false promises to resolve the issue. I being consumer needs to call after every 72 hours to get the follow up of the complaint. This is really getting me exhausted and frustrated. Because all i was asking for 2g network simply to call and send a text message. I request you to please do the needful.
