[Resolved] Bharti Airtel — Postpaid Billing Discrepancy. (MY PLAN 999) | |||
My complaint is that: I ([protected]) am on Airtel MY PLAN 999 (which give me 50 pack to change according to my usage), so I get to change my plan once in a month according to my usage in that month. So as i am on the roaming during the November 21 - December -18, i.e. most of the days of my billing period, so my usage was only outgoing on roaming during that time. So I called on your customer care no [protected] (proof of my call to this number can be seen on my itemized bill dated 19 Dec on the said date) on 7th of Dec opting for the change in my plan, i.e. assign all my 50 packs on outgoing roaming which should give me 2000 minutes of outgoing roaming minutes during that billing period. so i should get discount for the 2000 min of roaming outgoing minutes. Insipte your customer care executive has confirmed the change in my plan according to my instruction. So from my total usage minutes of 2670 odd minutes, i should get discount for 2000 min of roaming outgoing minutes. but my bill was generated on the basis of my old plan giving me only 400 min of discount, but it is supposed to be generated with discount of 2000 roaming outgoing minutes. when i observed that my bill was generated without the change in my plan I called on 121 and 198 to register my complaint and obtain reference number for my complaint, but they have not given me any reference number for my complaint till date. After my continuous emails they repeatedly reply to my mails that the billing is correct. My complaint is that I have got an option to change my plan once in a month according to my usage that month, which i opted for change on 7th Dec and your customer care executive confirmed its changed. so you are supposed to generate my bill according the plan i opted for on 7th Dec. which is not done, and my bill is generated on the basis of my previous plan. Awaiting reply ASAP. I have already paid an advance of 1800 during the above billing period, now I have not paid my outstanding due to disputed billing form your end, i have fulfilled my responsibility asking for change of my plan according to my usage well in advance to of my billing date, but you have not done it. why should i pay a disputed bill from your end??? Even my outgoing was stopped inspite of dispute was from your end, and you are goping to charge me for this month without giving me service? Note: I called your 121 asking and 198 asking to register a complaint and give me a reference number, but they failed in doing so. After i will try write a complaint to TRAI also.
