[Resolved] Bharti Airtel — Producing Bill through request for disconnection | |||
With great regrets I am writing this complaint after using Airtel Services for few years .On 7th September, 2013 I have raised a request to disconnect my Airtel Number([protected])having service of 3G internet. On the next few days I got calls from several associates from Airtel who were negotiating with me to use the service. After around 10 days I got a call from another associate who offered me to convert me the service from Postpaid to prepaid, and verbally guaranteed me that there will be no further billing. For that reason I had used the connection and paid out the bill on October. But from October to till date no body contacted me for transition of the service from Postpaid to Prepaid. Today I got a call from one of the Airtel associate stating that I have to pay last 3 months bill, otherwise Airtel will be sending me court notice. It seems a very cheap strategy of airtel guys to control the customer churn. I am a regular user of Airtel with for last 3 years with 2 more mobile postpaid connections. If this the way how airtel deals with its customers to hide its own fault, then the best way to mitigate this is stop using their services. Hereby let me inform you that within this month I will be surrendering my rest of 2 postpaid connections and will shift to other network who has better tariff/network reachability in my city and will be expecting better service in terms with dealing with customers Thank you for showcasing your great technique to cheat peoples and hiding your own associate's faults Was this information helpful? | |||
