Bharti Airtel — putting unnecessary charges in the name of value added services | |
Dear all, I having an airtel mobile post paid connection no. [protected]. Yesterday i received my bill and airtel charged unnecessary additional charges of rs.134 + 18% service tax in this bill in the name of value added services whereas i never used or purchased any value added services from airtel. They also don't have any record of these charges. I request them for reverse the charges but they are not reversing the same charges. My name is sk abusalam haque. I have a airtel no last 10 years use but still now last 2 days replace my new 4g sim then my no any sms not receive and sending my that airtel no. So plz cheak and correct it.
