Bharti Airtel — recharge for prepaid mobile network | |
I use airtel mobile network. Airtel had revised its tariffs yesterday (2nd december) where we have to pay rs. 499 for 2gb data per day sms and unlimited calls for 82 days. I tried this pack to recharge for my number through online recharge. But after debiting the amount airtel is sending me sms stating that pack is no longer valid and to recharge for rs 698 instead. This happened thrice and taken my money thrice. If airtel cannot update its website or its app why should an online recharge or recharge via app should be enabled. Why should such pack given in the app if it is no longer valid?. Was this information helpful? | |

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that not working properly my sim network. Automatically outgoing call drop or call connect within 15 - 20 sec & incoming calls are not connected since 1week.
Internet very slow.
