Bharti Airtel — Since Last 2 Years Severe Network Issue, Frequent Call Drop, Voice Break | |||
Airtel Network is very poor across Delhi. Currently they launched 4G whereas their 2G & 3G services are not working properly. I have been facing severe Network Issue, Frequent Call Drop, Voice Break at my Residence in Dwarka Sec-19. Earlier I was using iphone 5 and now iPhone 6, so they can't blame the mobile device. Since last 2 Years I have been complaining to Airtel Customer Care, Nodal Officer, Appellate. But No action has been taken from their side to improve the network or resolve my issue. It looks this is their strategy to mint money from customer by call drop. So that to complete the conversation customer calls 5 to 6 times. Hope after this complain somebody from Airtel will take action to resolve this long pending issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
