Bharti Airtel — Wrong bill charged | |||||
I am data plan for Rs 299 per month. Somehow out of no where Airtel has charged me a whopping Rs 4065 for Aug -Sep. When I called their customer care representative, they were not able to justify the bill. They said they will arrange call back from billing department, which didnt come.Now they are threatning to stop my outgoing calls for non payment of bills! This is nothing short of mental harasment of the consumer by the company.They want to extract money no matter what. I have saved all the messages and bills to prove how wrongly these guys have charged me. I want to log a case against Airtel with all the proofs I have. Apart from making them revert this bill I want refund of my money back charged for calling their customer representatives.
