Bharti Retail — Discrepancy In Pricing | |||
Hi, This is to apprise you that on 1 April 2017 I have purchased few item from Easy Day Darya Ganj store behind post office and found discrepancy in the pricing. I bought Fortune Sunflower Oil and the MRP for this is Rs 95.00 and the Easy Day store charged me for Rs 105.00 once I noticed this, then I asked to rectify the same and but the cashier told me that you have to buy this product in this price only. We are regular customer of Easy day and generally we do not check the bills as the whole system is computerized, but when I check the bill there is discrepancy in the bill. I am not sure how many times they have thugged us in past as I mentioned earlier we do not check the invoice earlier. This is not the matter of Rs 30.00 but the matter of integrity. This is quite appalling as this was happened to me last time also, I was called by the store manager he asked me to take the compensation but I denied as my purpose of drafting this mail is to rectify the mistake not take compensation. Now this is heights as they even after notifying about the discrepancy they didn't care and charging more and more. I am also enclosing the copy of the bill and MRP of the product for your perusal. Request you to kindly look in to this matter and keep me in loop regarding the action.
