BHIM — wrong and failed transaction

Myself varsha shakya did transaction of rupee 1600 on 6th december 2017 transaction id[protected] to arti singh on upi address [protected]@upi which is a wrong payment address but successfully transfered and her mobile no. Is not linked with upi address.
Secondly did reservation through irctc on 22 december [protected]@icici rupee 406.80 transaction id[protected] money deducted but reservation not did.
Both transaction sid by bhim app.
No one helping i emailed at support. [protected]@sbi.co.in and called bank too no one helping.
Kindly help us.

Maine apne [protected]@upi id se SBI ke a/c-[protected]@SBIN0008079ifsc.npci account me dala tha.2000 cut gaye lekin paise nahi pahuche. Transtion id- [protected], Time-14:22:24, Date- 27 March . Please mere 2000 refund kiya jaye. Main BHIM se tranfer kiya tha.

I have recharged my jio no. By upi in jio app through [protected]@icici the amount 349₹- was deducted but recharge is not done yet.. please refund my money or recharge my jio no.[protected]
