[Resolved] Big Basket — cashback not received on my order dt 28/03/2019

I am fed up of calling big basket CUSTOMER CARE . They have a set of ### to attend calls.
I paid for my order through PAYTM, for which cash back voucher code WELCOMEBB was applied. I have not yet got the cash back of â¹ 130.65, though it is six days now.l have attached photos of my PAYTM passbook and order summary, taken today. I have contacted big basket several times but they are not redressing my complaint. They have only cheated me.

As a token of apology BB credited the cash back to my BB wallet.The matter is resolved.
