Placed an orded for eggs and fresh chicken. Time for delivery 8am to 11 am as provided by bb. No delivery.
For cancellation only two options given putting onus on me for cancellation. It is obvious that you do not want a reason highlighting your mistake of non delivery. Therefore the willingness to correct seems absent.
Tried calling customer service. Listened to music for 10 minutes and gave. Seems number of complaints is extremely high.
