[Resolved]  Big Basket — money cannot be transferred and no delivery service

I have placed my first order with big basket, only few product delivered with same bill amount. They refunded money for one of the product to my wallet. Now i wanted to place the order but they told delivery service has been stopped in my area. They don't transfer the money to bank account and don't deliver the product to our area. Customer care is sleeping and they'll tell their team member will contact me but no call since i've year
