My future group FD are matured on 2/11/2022, but i have not received maturity amount. My FD's are[protected],[protected] future group. i am trying to contact all future group's tel no. and email ids but all contact details are currently deactive. i request to get back fd's prinicipal amount with maturity amount as soon as possible. there must be a way in government law to get back such investment if company is defaulter too.

Membership card of big bazaar not refund the money yet of membership card number [protected]

I had a fixed deposit with Future Enterprise Limited for three years. In the month of December 2022 the maturity completed. But till date I haven't got my hard earned money. The emails and customer care numbers are not working. Really don't know where to go? Whom to ask? Please help in this regard.

We have money in the membership card but Big Bazaar is no longer operational. We need our balance money to be refunded back to us.

I subscribed to a Big Bazar Profit Club Card but since BB stores closed down across the country, I am unable to use the balance amount in the BBPC card. I have written numerous emails to the company e-mail [protected]@bigbazaar.com, but nobody cares to respond.

Request you to please help me in resolving this issue and getting me the refund of the money paid.

My name is Ruchi Goel. I am a resident of Ghaziabad, UP. I also have two fds of future group worth rupees 1.5 lakh, which got matured on feb 2023 bt till date I have not received the maturity amount and also tried to contact customer care numbers and email ids given but no response.

I have taken the profit card from Bigbazaar at Bannerghatta Road, Hulimavu, Bangalore

now that store is closed kindly let me know how do i get the reimbursement of the balance amount in the card. its been more than 1 year now and still not got any update on the same.

I have invested 1 L rs in future group FD in Jan 2020 for 3 years. Now, it got matured in 2023 however I haven't received any amount yest, even there is no response on phone/mails from their customer care.

Big bazaar profit club card amount never settled even after a year long wait

I have enrolled for membership in Future retail by paying Rs.10000 as in advance and utilised Rs.2000 till last year.

Now all the future retail stores been managed by Reliance team and their people were not responding for any of my queries on my balance amount of Rs.8000

Hence request your support in getting refund of money at the earliest

I have made one fixed deposit in Big Bazaar future enterprises limited. On 11/11/2019 and it will mature on 11/11/2022. But still have not received any amount from future enterprises I tried to contact support numbers and emails but there is no response even though I visited the store where I have done the fixed deposit but the store is closed and a new reliance store has been opened I tried all that I can to get this done to contact but no use. It is my hard-earned not only that I struggled a lot to earn this money but I also compromised a lot to earn this money. I am very poor. It is my 10 years of hard-earned money which I have given to this company hoping for something good but I have not expected this. From the day I came to know that FEL(future enterprises limited) went for insolvency. I am not sleeping, worried about my kid's future. If I'm not getting my hard-earned money I am forced to suicide with my kid and future groups/future enterprises will be the root cause of this. Please help me Please repay my hard-earned money FD details are provided in the image uploaded.

I have two FD in future enterprise Ltd, 2lakh + 2lakh, total amount is 4 lakh. both FD has matured in 17.02.23 But till the date I have not received my maturity amount, I tried to contact the company but customer care number is not valid & I have sent the mail also to future group fd department but did not get any response,
So I am requesting you please solve my problem & credit the maturity amount in my bank account ASAP.

Yet not received my refund from future group. When will i received as I submitted all my documents for it.

I am tapan gandhi, I have done fd of rs 12000 on 16/02/2020 for 3 years. It was matured on 16/02/23. But maturity amount was not credited into my saving account.

MORE THEN 3 MONTHS of maturity, FEL / Big Bazar / Home town / CentralMall group is not returning the amount. after the maturity the amount suppose to be get deposited to my registered bank account but there were no response from them, when I tried to send emails to their corporate and fixed deposit team, there were no response to my email, Currently all their contact numbers are not working and their website feedback form is failing with server not found issues. Looks like this company is in solvency and not repaying any fixed deposits amounts, I went to the place where I took the fixed deposit and contacted the same employees who use to work for the BizBagar, now this has turned to Reliance Smart. No one is responding.

Its unbelievable that BizBazar, Future group like companies cheating to people, please can some one guide how to complain to RBI or SEBI for such issues. Where to complain for this kind of issues.
