My self and my family purchase goods from bib bazaar for many years now. But my purchase on 30.08.2019 has resulted in double payment. Ref : tax invoice / bill no. [protected] dated 30.08.2019 for rs, 1414.49 issued by bib bazaar, rbi layout, bangalore. Payment collected twice as follows: 1. By using my sbi debit card rewards point 5657.96 (Equivalent to rs.1414.49) debit reflected in my banks point statement. 2. By use of my sbi debit card for rs.1414.49 (Debit reflected in my sb a/c) On bringing it to their notice, i was told that one of the transaction will be cancelled within 48 hours. When it did not happen, i complained and the rep at the big bazaar took photographs of: 1. Invoice for the purchases made, 2. My debit card, 3. Bank statement showing debit to my a/c 4. Banks points statement - showing debit of points. He promised to reverse one of the transactions by 16.09.2019. Till date, i have neither received any refund to my a/c nor re-credit of points in my a/c. I request to take up this grievance for refund of the double payment collected. Thanks Jayarama marathe g.
