I ordered few groceries on big bazaar webpage, paid for it as well as delivery charges. The delivery boy arrived on time. He was carrying my groceries as well as of few other customers i'm reusable cloth bags. The delivering man was not wearing masks or gloves. The cloth bags were dirty from inside, may be they were not washed for sometime. When i objected to such contact delivery i met with a rude response with big bazaar logix mall noida supervisor who insisted upon me to take delivery and was rude. May be he didn't expected to be criticized about such filthy delivery attempt. Big bazaar holds it's customers to ransom as they keep your money in their future pay wallet and you have to spend there only. It's unlike grofers or amazon where you get the money back.
