[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — koryo rice cooker warranty issue | |||
I bought the electric rice cooker april 2018 in paytm mall. With in one year product got damaged. I have contacted lot of times to koryo customer centre amd future groups. I didnt get solution till yet. Koryo service centre created the complaint id, without resolving issue complaint id has been closed. Till today i didmt get any product. If i called to koryo team those are saying issue resolved. I was contacted seller (Future group) and product company, from both sides i didnt get any resolution.
