Pf not received from last one year. They just send me a email but pf not received. My employee id 358199 Provident fund withdrawal form on 08-jun-2017 and the acknowledgement number is tkt[protected] 5 to 6 time i have submitted the form. I Mr. Prashant Parab ex-employee of your organisation having employee code 249404 and PF account no. is MH/212480/43613, I had resigned from your organisation before 6 years. Now I wish to withdraw my PF amount against this PF no., so i had submitted my PF withdrawal form with PAN card, Aadhar card copy & one cancelled cheque to your office (i.e. Knowledge Hosue, jogeshwari Link road Address)
Please note i got your message in 15th January 2018, that your PF withdrawal Form has been accepted, your ticket number TKT[protected] we will intimate you from time to time as it proceeds further. you can also track your PF Form on FGPRAVAAH, the details of which have been sent to your email id.
as per your information i would like to inform you that till date i have not received any email from your side and for PF status check (FGPRAVAAH) asking for User Id & Password, so let me know how can i track my PF withdrawal status.
I had submitted my PF form in November 2017, but till date i have not getting any information or PF amount. My
