On 03.12.2016, Big bazaar orderly bazar, Varanasi

billing counter guy swiped my card 2 times, 2 times the

transaction was failed where my acount was debited by

Rs.498 twice. I have not received the refund yet from

my bank Oriental Bank of Commerce. They said that

amount will automatically get reversed into your

account. But nothing happened as such. This is fraud

and loot as well. Requesting Big bazaar orderly bazar,

Varanasi to refund my amount balance as soon as

possible.

my complaint is----
On 03.12.2016, Big bazaar Orderly Bazar, Varanasi billing counter guy swiped my card 2 times, 2 times the transaction was failed where my acount was debited by Rs. 498 twice. I have not received the refund yet. Big Bazar guy's says that amount will automatically get reversed into your account. But nothing happened as such. Requesting Big bazaar orderly bazar, Varanasi to refund my amount balance as soon as possible.
